Highlights: December 4, 2014

Enhancements

  • A description of password requirements is included for new and existing users when updating passwords.
  • The specific service type code being verified for eligibility is visible in every Eligibility/Benefits Info report.
  • Provider Portal 3.0 - A quick check-in button is available to perform a manual check-in without the need to review the patient's demographics.

Bug Fixes

  • Payer Notifications related to connections requiring updated payer website credentials will update properly.
  • Patients who exit prematurely from the kiosk check-in will appear on the Failed tab correctly.

Highlights: November 20, 2014

Enhancements

  • Greenway PrimeSuite Customers - Administrators are able to edit the default billable provider settings from the Admin tab.
  • Greenway PrimeSuite Customers - Race, Ethnicity, and Language fields are included to be mapped via the API for integration.
  • Clearwave can save any individual data sent outbound to Clearwave in order to persist back inbound to the customer via integration.
  • The Relationship to Subscriber field can be configured to be ignored on the Eligibility Conflict Alert.
  • An ExternalPayerId field has been created to improve the quality and accuracy of insurance updates inbound to the customer via integration.

Bug Fixes

  • Question text on custom kiosk questions are now visible in the view modal in the Provider Portal.
  • Kiosk Question Reports are now no longer showing disabled custom questions as available reporting fields.
  • All custom questions and consent forms are now view-able from a single "Kiosk Questions" link instead of two separate "Consent Forms" and "Kiosk Questions" links.
  • Kiosk Question reports will not show blank data.
  • Filter buttons on the Visit List and Scheduled List are now showing in alphabetical order.
  • Invalid email formats will not be accepted by any Clearwave application.

Highlights: October 30, 2014

Notice: All Clearwave customers have now been upgraded to the new application database.  Functionality will remain consistent with the previous application database.  Clearwave continues to work on a new user interface for the Provider Portal for additional improvements to features and functionality.  Existing customers may remain on the legacy user interface indefinitely.

  • An Alternate Patient ID can now be stored on a patient record.  It can be received and transmitted via integrations.  It is currently not visible in the Provider Portal.
  • Copay logic enhancements were made to improve identification of Specialist and PCP copays for the following payers:
    • Oxford Health Plans
    • Viva Health
    • Healthspring
    • BCBS (Pennsylvania)
    • VSP
    • Horizon BCBS (New Jersey)
    • Consulation segments of eligibility responses for enhanced connections
  • The Payflow Pro payment gateway is now integrated with Clearwave for payment processing.

Highlights: July 24, 2014

  • Previously missing eligibility data due to missing EB segments in the 271 response will now appear in the Provider Portal eligibility report.
