Provider Portal log in
1) To log in to the Provider Portal go to https://secure.clearwaveinc.com/WebAccess/login
2) Enter your Username and Password in the appropriate fields and click Log in.
Password Reset
1) If you forgot your password click on Forgot Password next to the sign in button
2) Enter your username and click Send Password Reset Email
- A Password reset link will be sent to the email address on file for the username
