To view scheduled appointments, click on the "appointments" tab at the top and it will show all the new appointments scheduled.
In this view, you can click on patient search / check in. This tab works the same as in the visits tab. The appointment search tab works the same as well, but it only searches through appointments within the criteria selected.
The patient quick view is same as the quick view on the "Visits" tab, only the colors are a little different.
Clicking "All Appointment Details" takes you to a similar page as if you were in the visits quick view. This gives a more detailed look at that particular appointment. From this page, you can access the "visit history" and the "appointment history" and can also check the patient in. The top right of the page allows you to resubmit the insurance and refresh the page to see updates as well as print the page.
