Before you contact kiosk support, please try the following.

If the kiosk screen is black or the kiosk is frozen on one screen:

Power the kiosk off, wait 30 seconds and power it back on.  The power button is on the left side of the kiosk screen.  Hold the button until the screen goes black.  To turn it on, press it once and you should hear the kiosk beep and turn back on:

If a wheel keeps spinning on the screen or the words MAC FAIL show on the screen when it is rebooting:

Check your etnernet port and electric plug, make sure they're live and working.  The MAC FAIL error is due to not being connected to the internet, please check with your internal IT.
