  • Kiosk - We have identified and corrected one source of the kiosk "504" timeouts - we will continue to monitor all kiosk behavior for this upcoming month

Highlights: September 10, 2015

Enhancements

  • Kiosk - Ability to configure kiosk scanning images per kiosk (gives the ability to add the new graphics for each type of kiosk or keep the old graphics)
  • Integration - Ability to update built-in demographics information to Athena
  • Payment - Removed patient ID and name from emailed payment receipts for HIPPA reasons, leaving in the visit location and date/time stamp
  • Eligibility - When Clearwave identifies an eligibility transaction that will fail due to the member ID received, Clearwave will show an alert in the portal that there is a member ID issue

Bug Fixes

  • Provider Portal 3.0 - When a patient answers a multiple choice question on the kiosk with an "other" answer, users can print this custom form with no error 

  • Integration - When no payment is made at the kiosk, no CreditCardResponse message will be generated 
  • Integration - PrimeSuite will ignore CreditCardResponse message if no payment was made at the kiosk

Enhancements

  • Provider Portal 3.0 - Administrators have the ability to create a printable Custom Form template that contains built-in demographics, insurance, and custom field data
  • Provider Portal 3.0 - A new rule for custom fields, tasks, and final kiosk step has been added for patients with multiple appointments - shows patient a custom final step with final instructions, task can be created to alert staff, and certain custom fields can be triggered 
  • Provider Portal 3.0 - Patient Tracking Statuses are now available as a filter for a Visit Search
  • Provider Portal 3.0 - Appointment Notes will now be displayed in the Task it creates, in the Quick View for the Visit when the patient checks in, and in the Appointment details

Bug Fixes

  • Provider Portal 3.0 - Clicking to "close" a task and then to "reopen" the task will now successfully reopen the task

  • Provider Portal 3.0 - Fixed the bug for the "Forgot Password" link
  • Reports - Patient Tracking statuses now export successfully when selecting all export columns
  • Eligibility - Medicare remaining deductible will now appear in the Quick View and insurance screen
  • Eligibility - Additional Payer on File alert will not appear for payers other than Medicare and Medicaid
  • Eligibility - Viva is now successfully pulling patient copays
