- Provider Portal 3.0 - A search for "Possible Duplicate Patients" within the database can be generated from the Patient tab.
- Provider Portal 3.0 - The Estimated Copay for Visits and Appointments can be pre-calculated from the eligibility response, manually edited, and received from inbound interfaces.
- Provider Portal 3.0 - The Visit Export now includes Payment related fields.
- Provider Portal 3.0 - The Demographics Changed At Kiosk Flag is now available to be viewed under patient Visit Details pages.
- Provider Portal - Users will automatically be disabled if the Last Login Time exceeds the configured window.
- Kiosk 3.0 - A beta version of the Kiosk Browser version 3.0 has been deployed.
- Kiosk 3.0 - Insurance Subscriber Gender information is now a built-in field.
- Kiosk 3.0 - The Payment selection options have been simplified from 5 options to 2.
- Payment Processing - If Medicare is the Primary Insurance, Copay due will always be $0.00.
- Integration - For Greenway PrimeSUITE customers, Marital Status can be mapped outbound.
Bug Fixes
- Provider Portal 3.0 - The Visit Search Date Range will not clear if an Advanced search is used.
- Provider Portal 3.0 - Global messages will not overlap with other tabs when enabled.
- Provider Portal 3.0 - When using Internet Explorer 9, hovering the mouse over the search results will not longer distort the columns.
- Administrator - Importing Appointment Resources with leading or trailing spaces will not add " (quotation characters) to replace the space.
- Eligibility - United Healthcare eligibility requests through the direct connection will identify tiered copays correctly.
- Eligibility - Pacific Source Health Plan eligibility requests will process successfully.

- Provider Portal 3.0 - Users should only be able to filter on reg. locations they're assigned to
- Provider Portal 3.0 - All available kiosk languages have been added to the reports.
- Provider Portal 3.0 - The Failed tab will now be highlighted yellow if there is a Failed check-in.
- Provider Portal - When checking in multiple appointments "As Individual Visits", scanned Driver's License and Insurance Cards Flags will be set on all Visits and not just the first.
- Administrator - The filtered checkbox selectors now implement table sorting to show enabled items at the top of the list.
Bug Fixes
- Provider Portal 2.5 - New appointments in the future will now display correctly.
- Administrator - The "Or" rules for Custom Fields now work.
- Administrator - For Multiple Choice custom fields using a paragraph question set, the body of the question will no longer copy as the title of the question.
- Eligibility - Medica (United Healthcare) copay determination will now function properly.

- Provider Portal 3.0 - Custom fields updated at the kiosk will have the date of the most recent update highlighted for easier identification.
- Provider Portal 3.0 - Users can now change the Patient Tracking Statuses using a transition button instead of needing to manually select the status change.
- Provider Portal 3.0 - Social Security Number field will always be optional for patients under the age of 18 years.
- Provider Portal 2.5 - A Provider Portal 3.0 overview video has been posted in the Training Materials page of the Support tab.
- Administrators - Consent Forms have merged into the existing Custom Fields bucket.
- Administrators - Admins can specify transitions for the Patient Tracking Status for users to utilize.
- Kiosk - The timeout length of the Primary Care Provider screen during a Kiosk check-in has been extended to 45 seconds.
Bug Fixes
- Provider Portal 3.0 - Exported Advanced Search Results will not show more dates than requested.
- Provider Portal 3.0 - The Modified Date for Custom Fields will be presented in the correct time zone.
- Kiosk - Patients will receive the appropriate message to see the front desk if they initiate a check-in and exit prior to entering a First Name.
- Kiosk - The patient matching logic will incorporate the "appointment" information as a subset of the matching algorithm.

- Provider Portal 3.0 - The Visit Search Export now includes all Custom Fields and Consent Forms.
- Provider Portal 3.0 - The Visit Detail/Quick View patient information sections are now collapsible.
- Provider Portal 3.0 - Swapping the Front/Back of Insurance Cards will not reload the entire page.
- Provider Portal 3.0 - Deductible information now displays as a dedicated field on the Insurance Details Eligibility Information area.
- Administrators - Appointment Resources can now be exported.
- Kiosk - Russian translations have been added.
- Kiosk - When an existing Payer is edited with the same Payer Name, the Member ID field will clear.
- When an existing Visit is assigned to a new Appointment, "CheckInCompleted" events will republish.
- When an already checked-in Appointment flips from using a Temporary External ID to an External ID, outbound integration events will republish.
Bug Fixes
- Kiosk - Custom field multiple choice questions with no translations in languages other than English will no longer be blank and show the English translation instead.
- Administrators - Instructions for the "Service Type Code Overrides" and "Copay Type Overrides" regarding walk-in visit rules have been amended.
- Administrators - The "Alternate Early/Late Check In Display Time" setting will save correctly.
