From the patient Quick View or the Patient's Visit Details you can Edit the visit.
Click the Edit Visit button, There are 4 tabs that can be edited :
1) The first tab you can edit is the Demographics tab.
3) Custom Fields tab allows you to change the consent form acceptance and other kiosk question answers
2) Second tab has Additional Demographics which include address
4) The last tab is for changes made to the visit
