Card swipe device support in the Provider Portal

• Using RetrieverMed payment vendor, a Magtek Dynamag USB payment device can be supported in the Provider Portal when collecting credit card payments.

VSP Eligibility

• Basic eligibility processing for Vision Service Plan (VSP)
• *Note - VSP credentials are needed to enable:
  • VSP username and password
  • VSP Office ID and Office Phone

Instamed Swipe and Hold Payment Support

• Using Instamed as the payment vendor, the kiosk can be configured to get patient’s consent to hold their card information for future charges.
• Additional logic can be enabled to only collect on applicable patient accounts.
