New Features and System Updates
Mobile Pre-Check integration support
- The following interfaces now have additional integration events to support updates from the Mobile Pre-Check.
- Athena - demographics updated
- Athena – driver’s license and insurance card image uploads
- Athena – Appointment confirmations integration event
- PrimeSUITE - driver’s license and insurance card image uploads
- Intergy - driver’s license and insurance card image uploads
- AdvancedMD - driver’s license and insurance card image uploads
Real-Time Texting
- Real-Time Texting allows a practice to send Clearwave a text file through integration with phone numbers and messages. Clearwave processes the text messages to the phone numbers in the file.
- The *provider creates the file and sends to Clearwave on desired frequency. Clearwave processes the file as soon as it is received.
- *The provider’s registration system must be able to generate and send the message to Clearwave. This will require additional interface work.
- 160 character maximum per message.
- Multiple languages supported.
- This feature is not available with our API interfaces: Athena, AdvancedMD, Intergy, PrimeSUITE.
- The *provider creates the file and sends to Clearwave on desired frequency. Clearwave processes the file as soon as it is received.
At Kiosk Visit Status
- As soon as the patient is identified at the kiosk, they will be visible on the Provider Portal Visit list with an “At Kiosk”.
- The row will be in a locked state until the kiosk session completes.
- The "At kiosk" status can be customized (color and text) via the advanced Patient Tracking Status section.
- If the user doesn’t want to see this new status, it can be filtered out of the Visit List.
- As soon as the patient is identified at the kiosk, they will be visible on the Provider Portal Visit list with an “At Kiosk”.
Payer Updates
Adjustments to Today's Options to show proper active response when there are conflicting eligibility segments.
Payer Aetna Maximum Savings Tier PCP copay parsing updates.
