New Features and System Updates
Mobile 2.0 version available. Below are the additional items available to enable with Mobile 2.0. The Basic 2.0 setting must be enabled to use all other options.
- Basic 2.0 setting
- Verified Guest authentication streamlining the mobile pre-check by adding a patient matching process similar to the kiosk. This allows the patient to view and edit the information currently on the file.
- Patients have an option to create an account, securely store their information, and manage their patient records through one portal.
- Add Image Capture to the Pre-Check session.
- Patients can view existing driver’s license and insurance card images on file, and add new pictures of their driver’s license and insurance cards during the mobile pre-check process.
- Images captured during the Pre-Check can be passed via integration.
- Add a logo and custom text on beginning screen of the Pre-Check session.
- The logo must be sent in an image doc type. E.g. Jpg, or png
- A custom header and additional text line can be added in English or Spanish.
- The ability to send up to two email appointment reminders per appointment. The initial and follow-up emails can both have specified time frames prior to the date of service.
- Enter the Initial appointment reminder timeframe (in days).
- Enter the Follow-up appointment reminder timeframe (in days).
- Customized message options presented to the patient at the end of the Pre-Check session.
- Up to 4 custom messages can be displayed at the final Pre-Check success screen.
- The custom messages can be displayed in other languages.
- The custom messages can be given a display order.
- The custom messages can be given rules for displaying.
- The rules can be based on Age, Gender, Appointment Provider Resource, Appointment Service Resource, and Appointment Location Resource.
- Up to 4 custom messages can be displayed at the final Pre-Check success screen.
- Confirmation landing page for Mobile 1.0.
- Once patients click the confirm button in the email, they will see a confirmation landing page initially before being allowed to Pre-Check.

Upgraded Freedom Pay to support TLS 1.2.
Athena API now supports demographic updates made during the Mobile Pre-Check.
This supports the payment posting after the patient pays at the kiosk.

Adjustments to Today's Options to show proper active response when there are conflicting eligibility segments.
Payer Aetna Maximum Savings Tier PCP copay parsing updates.
