New Features and System Updates

• The Printable Custom Forms modifications:

  • The information is now reformatted in 3 columns rather than vertical alignment with large amounts of white space.

  • The Printable Custom Forms can be customized to exclude the following data: Field Name, Question Text, Patient Date Source, Visit Information Box, Patient Signature.

• Custom text line available at the bottom of the Driver's License screen
  
  

• Telecommunication Code system support:

  • Integration, user in the portal, and patient at the kiosk can set a telecommunication code for primary and secondary phone numbers. The telecommunication codes available for use can be set by the administrator in the Provider Portal.

• The AdvancedMD provider id used in the resource sync and Appointment Query is the ProfileUID. 

  • This supports the payment posting after the patient pays at the kiosk.

Payer Updates

• Adjustments to Tenncare to show proper inactive response when there is another payer coverage.

• Adjustments to Medical Mutual of OH to ignore Dental benefits when pulling medical deductible.

• Payer Regence of OR specialist copay parsing updates.
