New Features and System Updates

Patient Surveys:

  • Patients can be emailed surveys after their visit
  • Customized Patient Surveys can be configured by Registration Location
  • Individual answers from Patient Surveys are accessible through the Visit Export
  • Statistics on answers from the Patient Survey are available in the Reports Page
  • Answers from Patient Surveys can be sent through integration to your practice management system

 New Report “Question Statistics” provides percentages of answers made during patient Visits, Mobile Pre-Check and Surveys

 Greenway’s Intergy API:  Clearwave can now receive patient outstanding balances through the API and post them to the patient’s account

Scope of Release

The release will impact the Kiosk, Provider Portal, Eligibility, Integration and Mobile Pre-Check. The actual release should have minimal effect on user workflow.
