Enhancements

• • Integration  The number of appointment resources for an organization has been extended so as not to disrupt the system or cause delays in querying.  
  • Kiosk Payment Processing  Instamed payment processor is now integrated with Clearwave.  
  • Kiosk Payment Processing OpenEdge payment processor is now integrated with Clearwave.  
  • Provider Portal  Rules have been added for Tasks, Custom Fields and Final Step that will trigger when any payment, partial or complete, is made at kiosk.   
  • Eligibility / Provider Portal  Eligibility transactions to payers that have not been properly set up now displays "Invalid login to payer site. Contact your system administrator" instead of "Could Not Verify Eligibility".
  • Eligibility  Enhanced connections will now display the outpatient copay.  

Bug Fixes

• • Integration  Athena messages causing error messages have been resolved. 
  • Provider Portal  Error messages when updating patient demographics from multiple choice/selection custom fields have been resolved.  
  • Eligibility  Tricare specialist copays for specialist visits are now being displayed.
  • Kiosk Organizations using the Swipe and Hold feature and not processing payments in certain situations have been resolved.
