Enhancements
- Provider Portal 3.0 - Custom Forms have been reformatted to show the same format the patient sees on the kiosk
- Provider Portal 3.0 - Walk-in appointments will be updated with current-day visit information if the appointment ID does not match to an existing appointment in Clearwave
- Provider Portal 3.0 - When a patient skips a Race, Ethnicity, Language, Mobile Phone, or Email question, the patient record will be updated with "Patient Declined Answer"
- Kiosk 3.0 - Reason For Visit kiosk setting "Check-In As Walk-In" will treat the check-in as a walk-in, ignoring appointments scheduled for that day
- Kiosk 3.0 - Option available to display the amount owed to the patient at the kiosk for a Swipe and Hold, without charging the patient at that current time
- Payment Processing - Payment posting is available for Intergy
- Integration - Ability to send insurance card images as a document to Intergy
Bug Fixes
- Provider Portal 3.0 - Insurance information updated for an appointment will only affect future appointments, all information on past appointments will be preserved
- Provider Portal 3.0 - Printable Custom Forms that contain a disabled custom form will not produce a 500 error
- Eligibility - Group descriptions (i.e. Emory University) will be displayed with the group number in the eligibility details
- Eligibility - Portal will display "Copay Per Day" as it applies
- Eligibility - Kaiser (GA) Copay logic has been improved to display the most accurate information
- Kiosk 3.0 - OCR on scanners has been updated to pull full address from patient's licenses, instead of just the zip code
- Integration - Resolved issues with Intergy integration: provider sync, flow statuses, appointment sync, inbound insurance updates, and demographic updates
- Payment Processing - Payment Processing now works through Payeezy

Scope of Release
The release will impact the Provider Portal 2.5, Provider Portal 3.0, Kiosk and Integration. The actual release should have minimal effect on user workflow.
