Before you contact kiosk support, please try the following.

If the kiosk screen is black or the kiosk is frozen on one screen:

Power the kiosk off, wait 30 seconds and power it back on.  The power button is on the left side of the kiosk screen.  Hold the button until the screen goes black. To turn it on, press it once and you should hear the kiosk beep and turn back on:

The Clearwave logo at the bottom of the screen will turn GREEN when when the kiosk is powered off and BLUE when the kiosk is powered on. If the logo is not lit, the kiosk is not getting any power.


If a wheel keeps spinning on the screen or the words MAC FAIL show on the screen when it is rebooting:

Check your Ethernet port and make sure it is live and working.  The MAC FAIL error is due to not being connected to the internet. Please check with your internal IT.
